We started our journey by building a Software Product, EstatesData, CRM for the Real Estate Companies. Developed over a period of 18 months, a product of Suttlej Soft, EstatesData’s main goal is to ensure smooth transition from the use of traditional spread sheets /Excel sheets used by many Real Estate Companies to manage business work-flow, to a more organized and disciplined environment During the last quarter of 2018, to broaden our technical and domain expertise we decided to include Software services portfolio as a new business vertical. In the same quarter, we added Minibar Systems Rockville MD, USA as our first Customer in this business vertical. MiniBar Systems wanted to automize their Order processing system from the manual system they were following. The system is on Production since April 2019. Our Commitment, Quality & Competitive Cost ensured that Minibar Systems trusted us with another Project - a Sales and Management software. This product is live since April 2020. In March 2020, we added a UK based company, Medtrend LTD, as our customer. We have developed an e-learning portal for them in the field of Medical sciences. This portal is live since April 2021. In January 2022, we signed up with Minibar Systems Rockville MD, USA for a new Hybrid Software that interacts with IOT devices and MoS10 platform. Between August 2023 and May 2025, we implemented the MoS10 platform on-site at 25+ of the America's most renowned hotels, namely, “JW Marriot, Miami”, “Westin George Town, Washington DC”, “MGM Grand, Las Vegas”, “Lotte Palace, New York”, “Wynn, Las Vegas”, “Radisson Blu at multiple locations”, “Ritz Carlton at multi-locations” etc.. The roadmap for MoS10 is to commission the platform acro 50+ hotels at least by the end of 2025.
