Diwakar Rao has more than 25 years of experience in the area of product development. In addition, he manages teams that develop full stack software products that targets Business to Business and Business to Customer segments. Prior to Suttlej Soft, Diwakar has held leadership and management positions at Limitless Inc, Metalearn, Educo International Inc and Tekchand LLC.

Madhu started his career working at Infosys for over 8 years working with customers such as Cisco and Telstra. Entrepreneur and Business Manager with a passion to make a difference. Strong general management operation and people management experience, with technical and hands-on experience in Product Ideation, Conceptualization, Design, Development and Deployment of solutions.

Narayanan has experience of over 30 years in the Software Industry having played various roles in companies like Cisco, Verizon, Centina Systems and many other companies. His last role was as Associate Director of Product Engineering at Verizon Business. His expertise also spans network management software, service-oriented architecture, and software engineering.

Sourabha Bhat has experience in quality assurance and customer support, ensuring reliable software delivery. She leads testing initiatives, defines QA strategies, and works with development teams to maintain product standards. She also manages support operations, resolves customer issues, and turns user feedback into improvements that enhance product performance and satisfaction.

Smruti Rani brings strong leadership and technical expertise in driving excellence across software development projects. She oversees architecture design, development standards, and technology strategy to ensure scalable solutions. She leads cross functional teams, fosters continuous improvement, and aligns technical initiatives with business objectives to deliver impactful digital products.
